TestFlight beta: All features, including Pro, are unlocked free of charge in the closed test. Prices and the Free/Pro comparison describe the planned public offering.
Manual planning, widgets and Siri remain free. Pro costs €5.99 per month and adds Managed AI, Apple imports, Replan, the morning briefing, and photo and document attachments. Try it free for three days.
Touch and hold the Home Screen, open the widget picker, and search for Managed. Choose an available view and size.
Enable Siri in your system settings. Set up your own Managed workflows in Apple's Shortcuts app; no manual registration in Managed is needed.
Manage permissions for Calendar, Reminders, notifications, voice, camera, location, and other features in your device's system settings.

Check your internet connection and whether Pro is active. On iPhone, iPad, and Mac, Managed needs a device with Apple Intelligence and operating system version 27 or later. Language, region, and Apple Intelligence settings may also affect availability.
Check the entry's date and time and Managed's notification permission. Also check Focus and sound settings. Reminders marked as urgent need the additional alarm permission.
Open Managed and check whether the entry is up to date there. Widgets are refreshed by the system, so changes may not appear immediately. If the old information remains, remove the widget and add it again.
Mention Managed, the action you want, and a specific time. Check whether Siri is allowed for the app. You can connect your own phrases and workflows to Managed actions in Apple's Shortcuts app.
All Pro features are available free of charge in the closed TestFlight beta.
Imports require Pro and access to Calendar or Reminders. Further entries are imported at intervals, not immediately after every change. Importing is not two-way synchronization.
