Private beta, no business contract

The Managed beta is intended for an invited private group of testers. Through this beta, Wehle Studio does not offer data processing on behalf of businesses or organisations. This page provides information and is not an executed data processing agreement (DPA).

Responsibility and service providers

Wehle Studio is responsible for its own processing of beta data. This is separate from contracts and data protection obligations concerning service providers such as AWS and OpenAI, and from Apple's own processing through TestFlight.

A DPA with a service provider replaces neither the information given to testers nor any required consent. It also does not give blanket permission to disclose chat content or planning data.

Information about processing

The beta privacy policy describes AI processing, the storage of beta logs in Amazon S3, the maximum retention period of six months from receipt by the server, and your rights.

Future use by organisations

Any future use on behalf of a business would require roles, contractual arrangements and safeguards to be defined separately. The private beta does not authorise such use.
