Closed TestFlight beta

Wehle Studio provides Managed exclusively through Apple TestFlight to an invited private group of testers aged 18 and over in Germany. These terms apply to the beta and supplement Apple's TestFlight terms. They do not establish a paid release subscription.

The beta is intended to test an app for organising reminders, routines and daily planning. Devices, the operating system and the availability of Apple services may limit the usable features.

Features and costs

In the current beta, all planned features, including Pro, are unlocked for testing. No subscription fees are charged for this. Any in-app test purchases through TestFlight are made in Apple's test environment and are not charged.

The pricing overview on this website describes the planned public offering. A later paid subscription requires a separate purchase under the prices and terms displayed at that time. The beta does not automatically turn into a paid subscription.

Installation and test purchases are also subject to Apple's TestFlight terms.

Sign-in and use

Sign-in uses Sign in with Apple. Protect your Apple account and device against unauthorised access. Only use content you are legally entitled to use; you retain the rights to your own content.

The beta is intended for private testing. Do not rely on it as the sole safeguard for important appointments or critical tasks. Keep important information safe independently of the test version.

AI assistance

AI can suggest, schedule and change entries. Results may be incorrect or incomplete; check appointments, locations and changes to your planning in particular. Optional device permissions and consent to external AI processing only concern the features that depend on them.

Privacy and beta diagnostics

In this beta, voluntary diagnostics may also include complete chat content and the planning context supplied. Separate informed consent is required. These terms and participation in the test do not replace it.

The scope, recipients, maximum period of six months from receipt by the server, and withdrawal and deletion are described in the beta privacy policy.

Test duration, changes and termination

Errors, interruptions and data loss may occur during testing. TestFlight builds are time-limited. Features may change during the test, and the test may end. This does not create an entitlement to permanent access or to a particular future release feature.

You may end your participation at any time. This does not automatically end storage of data already submitted; deletion rules and data protection rights apply to that data. We will inform you of material changes to the test through TestFlight communications or in the app.

Liability

Statutory liability provisions apply. Beta status does not restrict rights under mandatory law.

Governing law and contact

German law applies; mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected. Changes to these terms will be communicated before they take effect. Any required consent will be obtained separately.
